Welcome to Endless Options!
It is our mission to develop a learning environment that is not only enjoyable, but is the foundation for life long changes in both the ability levels and self-esteem of our children.
Endless Options is a helping hand in the world of Autism. We believe that all children have the ability to learn. It is up to us, as the professionals, to break the learning down and find an option that works for each individual.
In partnership with the family and other agencies, an individualized program can be designed and implemented to obtain measurable progress.
The cornerstone of all effective teaching starts with clearly defined objectives that are supported by methodologies and strategies that maximize the child’s strengths. Applying these principles on an intensive and consistent basis fosters success. Success encourages independence and from that independence you will see progress.
It is our mission to develop a learning environment that is not only enjoyable, but is the foundation for lifelong changes in both the ability levels and self-esteem of our children.
Joe Lindemon, Administrative Officer, is a thirty year special educator and the father of a teenager with Autism. As such, he has spent many years advocating for his students and his son in both the educational and legal arenas. As a parent, educator and provider he has seen that children with autism do learn new skills when they are provided strategies and methodologies that help them understand "what you want them to do". By providing a consist structure and constantly evaluating the learning objectives our children are making progress in many life skill activities. We will constantly evaluate and redefine methodologies to find a starting place for a child to demonstrate understanding. Once you find their starting point progress occurs and like all children our children enjoy their success. Repeating this process over a variety of life skill activity is the foundation of building new skill sets in our children.
